It is our goal to keep our residents, families and community informed regarding how we are doing during the Coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic and about the steps we are taking to keep our residents and staff safe from the spread of the virus. These are difficult times for all of us and open communication helps to assure that everyone is aware of what is happening in our center.

This center is currently COVID-free, meaning we do not have active cases of COVID-19 at the center.

We continue to remain diligent about our infection control practices, which includes screening all staff each shift as well as essential health care personnel each visit for signs and symptoms of respiratory illness as directed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  We are practicing social distancing, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining proper hand hygiene and cough etiquette.  We continue to follow guidance from the CDC, CMS and state and local health departments.

We know it has been a challenging number of months. We look forward to seeing you soon and appreciate your trust as we care for our residents.

Again, thanks for your continued support.

I absolutely love working for The Brian Center of Yanceyville. Our team works very hard to make sure our residents are well taken care of...the conversations we have everyday are about how we can improve the care and help our residents have the best quality of life in a skilled nursing community. I would put The Brian Center of Yanceyville up against any other community!! Doug Wilkinson
