Language Assistance Services are available to individuals with limited English proficiency, upon request.

It is our goal to keep our residents, families and community informed regarding how we are doing during the Coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic and about the steps we are taking to keep our residents and staff safe from the spread of the virus. These are difficult times for all of us and open communication helps to assure that everyone is aware of what is happening in our center.

We continue to remain diligent about our infection control practices, which includes screening all staff each shift as well as essential health care personnel each visit for signs and symptoms of respiratory illness as directed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). We are practicing social distancing, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining proper hand hygiene and cough etiquette. We continue to follow guidance from the CDC, CMS and state and local health departments.

As we prepare to reopen to visitors, we will strictly follow State and local guidance and will do so cautiously and safely. We appreciate your patience. We know it has been a challenging number of months. We look forward to seeing you soon and appreciate your trust as we care for our residents.

Cumulative Reporting History

We appreciate our staff, our medical director and other health care providers for all of their efforts and hard work as we continue to fight to combat COVID-19. Since the beginning of this pandemic we have had a total of 25 resident(s) and 14 staff member(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19. 

Within the past 72 hours we have not had at least three staff members or residents that have had a new onset of respiratory symptoms.

We are pleased to announce that 16 resident(s) have recovered from the virus at our Center.

We appreciate our staff, our medical director and other health care providers for all of their efforts and hard work as we continue to fight COVID-19.

Please note, any data presented is based on combined cases to date. Additionally, figures are updated and published daily by 5 pm (est), utilizing data submitted from the previous day.

Kenton has passionate caring staff including Sydnie, Genesis, Lacie, Margie, John, Miranda, and Lorie and so many more individuals with huge hearts! My stay at Kenton Manor was good and was needed for rehabilitation. The location was convenient and close to home and the parking was well lit for safety in the evening for family and visitors. Upon arrival, the room available was small but clean and a bit out dated. A room became available that was closer to the nurses station responsible for my care, so I was moved. This room was nicer and provided more space. The Physical and Occupational Therapy staff were very good. The staff is well educated and experienced. They work well with their patients and work through the patients limitations by keeping their spirits up and providing praise and giving patients confidence. The Nurses and CNA's were knowledgeable and quick to render help and care. Overall, the experience was good and rewarding.
